🚀 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗹 #𝟮: 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘃 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝟴 🚀

After an initial setback attempting to bootstrap Deleg8 via Fiverr, I took a different tack, enrolling in a Dev Bootcamp with the ambition of self-funding our journey. What unfolded was a mix of incredible highs, unexpected challenges, and invaluable lessons.

🌟 The Bright Spots:

𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 T𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: I had the privilege of collaborating with an exceptionally talented group of individuals. Their dynamism and magical touch transformed the project, bringing fresh perspectives from every corner of the tech world.

𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: Our team was a melting pot of skills - UX designers, front-end wizards, back-end gurus, and data science aficionados, all in one room. Their passion for Deleg8 and collective creativity was nothing short of inspirational.

𝗨𝗻𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: The enthusiasm for Deleg8 within the bootcamp was electric. The team's innovative approach to problem-solving and their creative solutions were truly "off the chain."

🔍 The Challenges:

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀: The reality of a part-time bootcamp meant everyone was juggling full-time jobs and personal lives, limiting the time they could dedicate to Deleg8.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀: While innovation and creativity were in abundance, the team's relative inexperience meant more complex, seasoned work was a tougher hill to climb.

🔗 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:

This journey through the bootcamp was nothing short of amazing. I'm profoundly grateful to the team and to TechLabs Rotterdam for the opportunity. It was a vivid reminder that the path to success is rarely linear but always enlightening. As I pivot forward, the search for financial backing to support Deleg8 continues, fueled by the dedication, creativity, and spirit of collaboration that this experience has reinforced.

To all my fellow entrepreneurs navigating the bootstrap maze: cherish the team and community around you. Their creativity and support are invaluable, even as you face the challenges of limited resources and time.
