There are moments when I pause and think, "What was I thinking?!" Embarking on the rollercoaster ride of building Deleg8 as a single mom to two incredible, energetic girls might seem like I've bitten off more than I can chew. And truth be told, some days feel exactly like that.

But then, there are moments—precious, priceless moments—when I see the awe in my daughters' eyes as we conquer another day. It's then I realize, this isn't just about building a startup; it's about building a legacy. I hope my girls see the resilience, the dedication, and most importantly, the love that fuels this journey. I want them to learn that with passion and perseverance, anything is possible.

Thank goodness for our amazing community. Picture this: a band of ex-coworkers turned into an unofficial support crew, family members who step in without a second thought, and the indomitable spirit of sisterhood that binds us all. It's this incredible network of love and support that makes the impossible seem possible.

Through the chaos of startup life and the joys and challenges of motherhood, I've come to cherish the power of our "femmunity" (see what I did there? 😉). It's a reminder that no matter how tough the road gets, we're never truly walking it alone.
